Second PC :

Processor: Intel Core i3 1.8Ghz
RAM: 2GB

VGA: Intel HD Graphics from Intel Core i3
The game result with FPS: 15-30 fps

Then for the standard specifications needed on a PC with a low specification is :

Minimum 2GB RAM, but I recommend a minimum of 4GB.
VGA is certainly an Intel HD Graphics or AMD Radeon.
minimum Windows System Operation with 64 bits series.

How to set GTA V on a PC :

Prepare Patch Low end, download it first.
Download OpenIV software.
Install patches according to instructions.
Install Game Booster.
Boost your PC with Game Booster.
